Subscriptions do not renew automatically. When your plan expires, you may contact us to renew at the current pricing. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges associated with our service.

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, Waka TV does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service at all times. Temporary interruptions may occur due to scheduled server maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Waka TV shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by service interruptions. We will make every reasonable effort to restore service as quickly as possible.
Waka TV acts as a service provider and does not host, produce, or own any of the content available through our platform. Channel availability and content offerings may vary and are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific channels, movies, or series.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa. Data collected during registration and payment is used solely for providing and improving our service. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to any third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Waka TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
